• Final pricing may change if additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions, structural issues, damage, or changes requested by the client.

• Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing before additional work is performed.

Estimates are typically valid for a limited period as stated on the proposal.

4. Deposits & Payments

• A deposit may be required to schedule and secure a project date.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Remove personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items from the project area

• Ensure electricity and necessary utilities are available

• Disclose any known structural issues or prior damage

We are not responsible for damage to items not removed from the work area.

7. Surface Conditions & Limitations

Cabinet refinishing and painting outcomes depend on existing materials and conditions. While we use professional preparation techniques, certain factors may affect results, including:

• Prior coatings

• Wood type and condition

• Environmental factors

• Structural imperfections

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.

8. Color Matching & Finish Expectations

• Color samples may appear differently depending on lighting and existing surfaces.

• Final appearance may vary slightly from digital or printed samples.

• Exact matches to existing finishes cannot always be guaranteed.

9. Warranty

Any warranty provided will be outlined in the written agreement.

Warranties typically do not cover:

• Damage caused by moisture, improper maintenance, or misuse

• Structural issues unrelated to workmanship

• Client-requested alterations

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

10. Liability

• Damage resulting from improper maintenance

• Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the scope of the contracted work.

11. Changes & Additional Work
